At Kramer's insistence, George parks his Dad's car in a handicap spot. After a woman is injured because of it, George becomes his Dad's butler while Kramer tries to help the woman.

You got to see the original? I watched it on Hulu and they still used the re-shot version with Jerry Stiller!
I was watching this episode today and got quite confused when George's dad was played by someone I didn't recognise!!
This episode originally aired with John Randolph in the role of Frank Costanza. In re-airings in syndication, the scenes featuring Frank are replaced with Jerry Stiller who takes over the role in future airings.
