Liv gets in touch with her inner actor when she finds herself investigating the murder of a genre star in a zombie TV show to track down the killer. Meanwhile, Vaughn decides to test Major's loyalty to Max Rager, and Ravi continues his search for the tainted Utopium.

Ravi calls Liv to meet him at his house, and she finally shows up the next morning. She says that she was out thinking, and discovers that Major is there. Ravi tells both of them that their cured rat, New Hope, reverted to his zombie state... which means the cure is only temporary for rats and humans.
