Colonel Gumm moves out of the Pink Chip Stamps Factory, taking its owner Pinky Pinkston along as a hostage. A message hidden by Miss Pinkston in a bowl of alphabet soup directs Batman and Robin to the International Stamp Exhibition. Though the Green Hornet and Kato will be attending to try to expose Colonel Gumm, Batman and Robin believe they are out for personal profit.

Green Hornet and Kato are stamped and thumbtacked to the wall, but Batman and Robin come unglued and overpower Col. Gumm, Cancelled, Reprint, and Block. At the last possible instant, The Caped Crusader quickly shuts off the machine and loosens the outside panel giving Green Hornet enough room to use his Hornet Sting gun to blast open the machine since he and Kato managed to find a space within the machine to find cover. Bat climb window cameo was Edward G. Robinson talking art. Edward G. Robinson was best known for his roles as gangsters in films. However, he also was a sophisticated art collector.
Filming the climactic fight scene between The Dynamic Duo, Green Hornet and Kato proved to be rather sticky, both actors refused to allow their characters to be defeated! Finally, producer Bill Dozier was summoned to straighten out the whole deal, as the stunt doubles just sat there and waited. Dozier said, "Look, it's a Mexican standoff. Nobody wins. You have this big fight. At the end of it, you just stop it and stare at each other; that's the end of the fight."
While filming the climactic fight, which involves Robin holding his own with Kato, played by world-class martial artist Bruce Lee. Lee initially began doing the fight sequence with Burt Ward in deadly seriousness, ominously coming after him while Burt Ward squawking "It's only a TV show." Lee finally cracked up and burst into laughter.
