FX's The Old Man has been picked up for a second season following its stellar premiere performance on FX and streaming on Hulu in its opening weekend, it was announced by Eric Schrier, FX Entertainment President.

Re: WGA Strike. Deadline running list as of 6/8/23 includes: Filming on Season 2 of the FX drama series The Old Man... was suspended May 22 and will resume when the work stoppage has ended. Filming was completed through Episode 204.
