Los Angeles, CA (January 23, 2019) - WGN America, Sony Pictures Television's networks, and Canada's CTV announced today the renewal of the comedic procedural series Carter for a second season, starring Jerry O'Connell (Billions), Sydney Poitier Heartsong (Chicago P.D.) and Kristian Bruun (Orphan Black). Andy Berman (Psych, Rosewood) joins Carter as Showrunner and Executive Producer for its sophomore season, which will return to North Bay, Ontario to commence production this spring.

Nice to hear. I enjoyed the first season. Sure, it's not the best thing you're gonna watch on tv, but it is most definitely not the worst either! It doesn't take itself too seriously, which is nice.
Happy happy joy joy ... ok, a bit over the top but we just got out of our worst cold snap of the year, a snow storm followed by freezing rain, rain, temps well above freezing with high winds and another cold spell coming ... at this point virtually any news is happy happy joy joy.
Seriously, it's a good show that helps pass the time ... I've watched worse, far worse. Plus it's Canadian made eh! :)
