The Black Eyed Peas

The Black Eyed Peas (also known as Black Eyed Peas) is an American hip-hop group that was originally an alternative hip-hop group but added R&B, pop, dance, electro, and techno influences. Founded in Los Angeles in 1995, it was not until releasing of its third album Elephunk in 2003 that it achieved high record sales. The line-up consists of rappers William "will.i.am" Adams, Jr., Allan "apl.de.ap" Pineda, Jr., and Jaime "Taboo" Gómez and during the height of its popularity in the 2000s featured Stacy "Fergie" Ferguson, who replaced Kim Hill in 2002.
