Cleveland, Ohio native Mitchell played collegiate baseball at Kent State prior to transferring to Ashland University, where he was a member of the school's first-ever College World Series team. After receiving his MBA, he worked in sports marketing before moving to LA to pursue the creative life. Since arriving in LA in 2004, Mitchell has worked in TV, commercials and feature films.
