Sofia has spent 15 years writing and reviewing for publications such as Lonely Planet, Good Food, National Geographic, The Guardian, delicious., SBS Food, Broadsheet, in-flight magazines and more.
In 2020 she launched Seasoned Traveller, a website and newsletter dedicated to sharing lesser-known food stories from around the world. In 2023, she was announced as a judge on MasterChef Australia.
