John D. Beck is an award-winning Television Writer/Producer best known for his work on the writing staffs of "The Hughleys," "According to Jim," "Shake It Up!," and "Pair of Kings." He also, along with his writing partner Ron Hart, serves as Creator, Executive Producer and Showrunner of the award-nominated Disney Channel series, "Liv and Maddie."
He is a 2001 Prism Award winner for "The Hughleys."
