Error message on adding guest cast

As the title says, I'm getting the Oh snap error message when trying to add guest cast on a show.

I made Jan De Witt out of a simple error that I've now fixed, so that leaves this empty shell.

What is the maximum image resolution and/or file size before error 413?

I just tried to update it (both adding just text and text + embed videos) and I get the same error.
