Who’s bathtub were Monica and Chandler in at the beginning? It definitely wasn’t Joey and Chandler’s as the boys have a shower. It looks like Monica’s but why would Joey walk in to Monica’s bathroom to ask Chandler if he wants chicken? Doesn’t make sense.

Joey and Chandler's. The bathtub has always been there. Was included in a scene back in Season 3, "The One With the Chick and the Duck" where Chandler has the duck in the tub and there's jokes about the chick not swimming.
(Although the tub's faucet is different.)

The writers really got this wrong. There is no way Ross was in the wrong about the surname for the baby. Susan had absolutely no right to want her surname in the mix. At that point, she was a woman in a very new relationship with the mother, and certainly had no role in the conception of the baby. She not only pursued a married woman, she now wanted to take the naming away from his father. So, the writers made us dislike Susan from minute one here, and also perpetuated stereotypes about lesbian women at the time.
