LOS ANGELES - March 26, 2019 - Emmy-nominated actor Hugh Dancy (Hannibal) will guest star in a multi-episode arc on the award-winning drama series HOMELAND, starring Emmy and Golden Globe winner Claire Danes and Emmy and Tony(R) winner Mandy Patinkin. Dancy will recur as John Zabel, a savvy Washington consultant who joins the White House as a new foreign-policy advisor to the President and a formidable opponent to Saul Berenson (Patinkin).

SHOWTIME announced that the eighth season of its Emmy® and Golden Globe® winning hit drama HOMELAND will be the series’ final season, and will premiere in June 2019. Starring Emmy, Screen Actors Guild® and Golden Globe winner Claire Danes and Emmy and Tony® winner Mandy Patinkin, production on the final 12 episodes will begin in early 2019 in a still to be determined location.
