Does the site have an arbitration system in place?

We are right now in the process of writing a policy about Sports shows, but a regular airing Talk Show about Sports is allowed to be added.

Hi Ron,

Indeed the show you requested is not allowed according our current policy.

Explicitly not allowed are:
-One-off documentaries
-One-off made for TV movies
- Sports footage airing irregularly; such as the FIFA World Cup or Tour de France
- Shows where development is cancelled and the pilot episode was never aired/released

As the European Championship is an event like FIFA World Cup, it would not be allowed to be added.

Thanks.

I know that but since Thomas Rejected it 2 times please tell him before he rejects it a 3rd time?

Sorry T. but your interpretation of what this show is all about is not correct! I don't want to have to get Rude about this so please speak to Juan before you upset me again?

I just spoke with Juan and he agrees it is not allowed. We do not add shows based on a once in a four years event. David clearly told us this.

If that show only airs each 4 years for a limited time, then it will not be allowed, but we are right now in the process for writing a new policy about some stuff relating sports, so please be patient a few more days.

This is not a once in a 4 year event. This is a talk show that airs episodes weekly, every Friday night about an upcoming once in a 4 year event but NOT about the Event itself. The Event itself is a Sporting Event if you don't know the difference between a talk show and a Sporting Event then you need to learn the difference or you are in the wrong business?

I'm sorry I have to be so Blunt about this but you are wrong but you won't admit it!

No it airs weekly not once every 4 years he is giving you BAD information because he is WRONG! Please don't believe his information as he is not telling it the way it is he is making up stuff! This is why an Arbritraitor is needed for things like this!

Would it help any if I spelled it out for those who need to understand the difference like this:

"UEFA EURO 2016 Magazine Show" is a Soccer talk show that focuses on qualification rounds five and six and this show also features the Final Tournament Draw for Krakow, Poland scheduled to begin on 19 June 2016. This show airs weekly on friday nights.

If I am wrong, I have no objections to admit it. I will ask David for it, cause he is about to write a new policy for our sport section.

I greatly appreciate that thank you very much. Please let me know when you get a response when you have time?

NOTE: My personal opinion which means nothing as far as David & Jan are concerned the decision not to allow the type of Sports shows you were talking about, once every 4 years and any others like that. I feel it is a terrible decision NOT to allow them because it hurts the site as a whole not to have those here. People want information and any and all types of shows should be allowed or the site can't really be a valid TV site for information just not allowing 1-Off made for TV Movies and 1 time only specials. It's just too bad that ALL any type shows that air on regular TV are not allowed because the site could use the traffic but rules are rules and if the POB don't care so be it?

If the POB are happy with the current traffic level and don't care if there is a way to improve it I feel very sorry for the site's possibility to grow into a Great site and maybe become the #1 U.S. TV site on the Internet?

You can believe me or not, but I am here to try and help the site grow NOT Hurt the site!

We know that you want to and that you are helping the site, no worries about that :)

We have to wait for david's and jan's decision about the sport shows, and be assured that everyone wants to see the site grow and I can also assure you it is growing :)

cheers
Juan

Perhaps if the summary wasn't worded so that it sounds like a one-time event, or focused on a one-time event...?

Since one-time events aren't allowed, it seems easy to see why a show summary that focused on a one-shot event was rejected. If the show talks about more than qualification rounds 5 and 6 (of what?), and the Final Tournament Draw for Krakow, shouldn't it summarize what they talk about all the other weeks of the year?

Would the show have been rejected if there was no summary?
