Please Recommend Me a TV show.

First, if this is not an appropriate topic here, you are free to delete this.

My main hobby for the past 4 years is binge-watching tv shows. Now, my "to watch" list is empty and I'm looking for new recommendations.

Things I like:

* Getting attached to characters (you'll see how greatly this impacts my top 6 shows)
* Heavy serialization. Each episode leads into the next.
* Anti-heroes (My favorite trope)
* Ensemble Cast. (Shows with a good amount of people. I'd say at least 6 main characters.)
* Touching moments (something I enjoy)
* Newer TV shows. Whether it's ongoing (preferred) or not, Newer shows have better quality

Things I do not like:

* Episodic TV shows (Case of the week / Monster of the week are a no go).
* Cop/Detective shows. (Even though aspects of it are in my favorite shows. What I mean is like precinct-based shows like the wire, law and order, etc)
* Slow Paced shows (This isn't too impactful, but slower paced shows typically aren't as enjoyable.)

**My top 6 TV shows**

1. Suits (Amazing Plot, Really Touching Moments, Gets me to genuinely care about the characters, great cast with a multiple characters to enjoy, can be really funny when it wants to be, Amazing Soundtrack).
2. Shameless (Gets me really attached to charcters, Amazing Plot, Really Touching Moments, great cast with a multiple characters to enjoy, really funny).
3. Impractical Jokers (Even though this meets none of my "things I like" this show is hilarious, by far the funniest thing I've ever seen and always puts me in a good mood. This show being so out of place here is why I made this a top 6 rather than 5.
4. The Originals (Amazing plot, touching moments, great characters that I care for, fantasy theme'd, great anti heroes, good action)
5. Vikings (Amazing plot, great story progression, characters that I care for, amazing action segements, multiple characters that I enjoy)
6. One Tree Hill (I know, sounds weird, but I loved this show. I really cared for the characters and shed a few tears here and there. The time progression was amazing. The plot was sometimes good, sometimes amazing, but above all, I got attached to the characters. Also, very **very** amazing anti hero).

**Every drama I've ever seen (in viewed order)**

* The walking dead
* Breaking bad
* Dexter
* Game of thrones
* Lost
* Prison break
* Shameless
* Brothers and sisters
* Orange is the new black
* Six Feet Under
* Spartacus
* Arrow
* The Flash
* The Vampire Diaries
* The Originals
* Friday Nights Lights
* The 100
* The Fosters
* Reign
* Vikings
* Suits
* Teen Wolf
* Black Sails
* Daredevil
* Hannibal
* BSG
* Heroes
* Chicago Fire
* Buffy TVS
* One Tree Hill
* Legends of Tomorrow
* Orphan Black
* Mr. Robot
* Fargo

* Sons of Anarchy
* Z Nation
* The Shannara Chronicles

Shows that I have not enjoyed and have dropped.

* House of Cards (Too slow, not my style of show)
* White Collar (Too episodic, Too slow, not a huge fan of the FBI/Detective Theme)
* Bloodline (Way to slow)
* Big Love (didn't like the way it looked, also a bit on the boring side)
* The Leftovers (Wayyyyy too slow).

* Switched at Birth (Way to slow. Characters weren't likable.)

I miss two heavy budget series; Band of Brothers & The Pacific from HBO. Lots of action.

But to consider your list, I think those series might be something for you.

Fear the Walking Dead - Spinoff of the WD (Slow first season, but the series is getting better and better.)
Gotham
Banshee - Recommended.
Peaky Blinders
Narcos
Strike Back
Generation Kill

Well not particularly sure whether you are able to watch non-english shows with subtitles, but there are three series definitely worth watching from my point of view.
- Unsere Mütter, unsere Väter (Generation War)
- Deutschland 83
- IRIS

I'd also recommend Banshee, awesome show, great cast and very underlooked in my opinion.

Grimm and Haven are also pretty good

Supernatural could be a good choice. It starts as a monster of the week, but moves more into arc, serialized stories by season 2.

During the 5th season of TWD it got too boring/slow so I dropped it. Is fear better?

Gotham seems like something I should check out.

Banshee comes highly recommended so I'll check it out too.

Thanks

Thanks. I'll check it out soon. Among my top 10 shows includes many CW shows like the Flash, Originals, 100, and one tree hill, which makes me pumped to start another.

Well it is a monster of the week show but there is also a serialized arc to it, so there is a storyline throughout the seasons
