Character Apperances count

To fix this I recommend that this count be updated every time someone deletes an episode or a season etc. Also for backup, any time this number is changed due to adding or removing of a character, instead of incrementing or decrementing the number, it could be recalculated.

That seems to be indeed a bug, david has to look into it :)

I'm aware of a couple of nasty bugs remaining in the character count system. Until they're ironed out, I'll make it easier to recover when it happens.

I fixed some issues in the appearance count calculation, and made it more resilient by adding a full recalculation to some scenarios. This means any remaining issues should sort themselves out in the near future, but feel free to report 'em if you spot any more incorrect values and I'll force an immediate recalculation for those shows.
