Actually it should be #28 (if it was really premiered 2003-09-20). According to our policy episode order should always reflect the order in which episodes were originally premiered. http://www.tvmaze.com/faq/15/episode
Since reordering episodes is almost always leads to edit lock, and if you're absolutely sure, that episodes order is wrong and have right dates and episode order, you can list them here so someone with higher clearance will reorder them.

If you're gonna contribute to TVmaze database, you should do so according to our policy. Episodes should be numbered in the broadcast order, even if it's different from the production order.
