Doubtful. He is not credited in the opening credits, but listed at the end, after the guest and co-stars.

Yes. They have "Guest Starring", then "Co-Starring", then "Voice of Dr. Colosso Dana Snyder" in the same font and size.

If you could make sure there are no TVDB updates added to this show that would be great, as TVDB have it listed as being six one hour episodes which the show was originally meant to be, but it was changed before it aied to be three two hour episodes. Thanks.
