this was aired in France before it actually aired on its original network in the US. It aired september 20 on M6 (France) and i noticed because it reruns on november 2 on 6ter, another network of the M6 group. I had to look because 6ter showed it as not original and it should have been if it was airing after the US.

I have zero idea how you deal with this, i don't agree with the premiere system here and this would definitely fall into that category which is one of the reason i disagree with it, but not my site, not my choices so i'm letting you decide what to do or not to do, if you decide to leave the october 9 date stand.

IIf this is an american produced series and not an american/french co-production, then it is fine that the american channel and the american airdates are used.

Did the show just get a new name or was the first show (Justice League) ended and a new show (Justice League Unlimited) created?

I think the series was just renamed, but I will look further into it tomorrow :)
