Let me rephrase : he has been added as a main cast, but was guest in season 1. He is not in the main credits of the show (i checked before posting) as of season 2 episode 1. I am unsure if it's just because he will be in the main credits only when he appears in a specific episode, that's why i said it might be a bit premature. I don't even remember if he's part of the villain group of season 2... I know Miller is but he's not in the main credits either (yet or never, i don't understand how they'll manage the "regular" thing across all 4 shows).
I don't even know if Sellers was in that episode even though she is listed in the main credits, i don't know her well enough and i'm not sure if she was part of the group showing at the end of the episode. Someone who knows her or paid more attention to that group would be in a better position than me to answer that part.

Yeah, I removed him. As far as main villain(s) go in S2 i don't think they'll introduce any until the crossovers.

I tried to FIX "Harvey Beaks" yesterday by removing the airdates on Episodes 17 - 20 because this show is on hiatus now regardless of what futoncritic.com indicates they are wrong. Here is a link to all 5 of the Nickelodeon Networks - http://www.nick.com/shows/tvschedule/ You will not find this show on today or tomorrow anywhere on any of their 5 Networks.
I don't know who put those dates back in but I need to have those 4 Episodes (17, 18, 19 & 20 October) either Deleted or at least the Dates Blanked out (and stay this time) as they may air later this year sometime? Whoever you are that re-added those episodes please STOP using the worst TV site on the Internet for your information?

Somebody just messed with the character for some reason. They've also changed the name and bio (both wrong, taken from the comic book character, not the TV character, which is different). I've changed the name back and deleted wrong bio.
And yes, Sellers was in the last scene. Actually, all members of the JSA was briefly shown in the penultimate shot of the episode, but only she was credited with the main cast.
