I like to upgrade my account but I want to be sure there is a document on authorisation to use third party api in my app. Apple rejects use of third party resources without proper documentation. Please how do you handle this?
I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you referring to our new Premium plans?
Either way, our API is licensed CC-BY-SA (see http://www.tvmaze.com/api).

According to apple "Your app contains various copyrighted movies or TV shows. The use of third-party copyrighted materials requires documented evidence of your right to use such content in your app."
We can't really help more than pointing to our API license, but if you look around the forums there are more threads about the topic. http://www.tvmaze.com/threads/1697/image-copyright-issue is a recent one.
