If you're looking for new badges to hand out, how about a membership length badge? You could even design them based on wedding gifts lists.

We have a couple more ready to be deployed. But adding 'length' badges is indeed a nice addition.
Can't wait to get my 'Appliances(electrical)' badge in two years. ;)
Maybe as addition to (new) achievement badges is adding the feature of seeing who has that certain badge?
