Since the problem seems to be resolved (although the system still is running slow), I'd figure that David or someone else is busy working on it.

I'm sure if someone was working on it, we'd have heard something by now. So I doubt it. It was probably caused by a temporary overload of the site.

There was a sudden enormous influx in requests. We've taken additional measures, it shouldn't happen again. :)
