Any idea if the rest of the episodes will also premiere online or if it was a onetime deal?

Hmm, on the official site of Spike it says there are only trailers of episode 2 and 3 available, I should have looked further :)

According to different news preceding the premiere, it's a onetime deal. The rest of episodes should be available online after the broadcast.

Sites have shown 3 episodes to date. #2 Withdrawal # 3 Show and Tell. It is odd
SpikeTV.com showed episodes 2 and 3 in their entirety, including the end credits. It's a large part of why there's information present at TVMaze, like galleries and recaps.

Yes, if this would happen to all episodes (appearing online on Spike.com before airing on TV) we would use the online dates, but as this seems to be a one time thing, with those two episodes, we use the Tv airdates according to our policy.
