National Geographic in Europe/ Netherlands. They broadcast in English with Dutch subs. Aired 2021-12-16 04:20 local, 03:20 UTC. There is definitely no Dutch narration for this show.
Looking at the Cast appearance, both Aris and Bogaert are attached to season 12.
Aris is British, Bogaert American. Maybe NatGeo EU did a mix-'n-match :)
On the other hand the credits look 100% authentic.
