I'd suggest you to read our policy. We use blocktimes for networks for running time, not the actual length of the episode.

I know that and this has already been discussed with other staff members that HBO network doesn't have any commercials so we use the actual length of the episode

The BBC do not have commercials either, but we still use the time slot of the episode, not the episode length. For example, tonight's episode of Call the Midwife airs in the 20:00-21:00 timeslot (BBC Schedule, here), whereas the actual runtime is 58 minutes.

tvguide.com is pretty good, but usually it is always best to use the programming schedule of the network.
