The Chicago series need the new posters published, they are uploaded already.

Enough credibility, proven over the years. The fact that you don't like what they say doesn't change the show's single-season order. You can wait for it all you want ofc, but the status TBD on TVmaze won't make WB order another season :D
Not sure what Taboo or any other show has to do with that, the comparison is totally irrelevant.

Panhandle

Is a network change need?

? In here its set for releases on Roku Channel. Am I miss reading the press release saying it's going to release on Spectrum first on September 26, then it will be released on Roku Channel.

Spectrum Originals Heads to the Sunshine State and Greenlights the Sony Pictures Television Studios Produced 'Panhandle' Starring Luke Kirby and Tiana Okoye

If I'm reading the policy correctly, scheduled runtime is "the amount of minutes between the start time and the end time of the episode. As with airtime, only pre-announced times are relevant". This is exactly what HBO does, pre-announce the number of hours and minutes between the start and end time of the episode.

It seems that your policy disagrees with you.

that is what the policy says:

If the network doesn't explicitly announce an episode's end time, the start time of the next program in the network's schedule should be used for the calculation instead. This means commercial breaks within or between episodes, as well as other interstitials will be included in the episode's scheduled runtime.
