Regarding the series https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/23045/homicide-for-the-holidays

We show it as having 5 seasons, whereas the official site at the Oxygen network combines the 2017 and 2018 episodes into a single season, making a total of only 4 seasons so far. Should they be re-numbered?

hmm, this is very odd, why would they do that :)

But sure, we need to follow the offcial site, go ahead and changed it :)

I am trying to get a poster to show up in Hobi (currently blank) for The Act (https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/30659/the-act) and found a slightly, hopefully possibly more standard size version of the official poster.  Would someone please try changing the show's main poster to #1059710 (https://www.tvmaze.com/images/1059710/the-act-image-1059710) just so I can test a theory about the ratio messing up the show's entry in Hobi?  It is only a slight change in the ratio going from 1543x2250 to 1500x2250 but that meets the typical 1:1.5 standard.  Any other ideas as why this show refuses to show a poster would be greatly appreciated as Hobi's support is no existent.

On a slightly related note, has anyone been able to get Y:The Last Man (https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/42668/y-the-last-man) to work or had a poster show up for The Peripheral (https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/37781/the-peripheral) in the the Hobi app?

Thanks in advance.

I see this happen so frequently here - but want to point it out on this instance as it is so easy to verify.  Whenever somebody points out that episode/season numbering that has existed for a while needs to be altered and uses the site as it currently exists as their proof - the first question should be 'But what did the site used to have it as?"

How it exists today doesn't matter ... it's how it existed when the episodes first aired that matter.

This one is very easy to check.  It took a couple of minutes on Internet Wayback to verify that when the episodes first aired they were a new season -- season 3.  2 links added to see snips of the page - but it's fairly easy to see on the episode pages back then as well. (Note site snips from end of 2018 here and here)

Clearly the site has done some revisionism in episode/season ordering.  It's just up to this site to determine whether it should stick with the original ordering or the new.
