The description for VICE News Tonight (https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/21108/vice-news-tonight) is dated since it is now just a weekly 60-minute show.

The new official description should read:

The most important news of the day with context, insights, and on-the-ground reporting you won’t see anywhere else.

Well..thank you but... Cann't you see that there are differences between your episode list and "The TV DB's" in some seasons? For example, 44th season has one more episode. 45th has only 5 episodes and you have 12! 46th has only 3 episodes with the 3rd as the "series finale" and you have 5. Something is going wrong...

moved one episode from 46 to 45, the rest seems ok if I look at the dates, who says tvdb is correct? :)

So for Phineas & Ferb- a revival/return for the series was announced earlier this year, but how exactly should it be listed on here? Should a new series/show be created on here for a separate revival series, or should it just be added onto the already-existing Phineas and Ferb and just continue on with it listed as seasons 5 and 6?

That article reads like it's a new season not a new show. But do you have a more reputable source of info on the new seasons? If not we might have to wait til Disney+ releases the episodes as we won't know either way.

I'm guessing it will likely be a wait & see until it gets closer then. Either way, here is the official press release, referring to it as just, "40 all-new episodes". Also worth noting that The Futon Critic seems to list it as just new seasons under the original show, unlike the original iCarly and its reboot/revival series.

Futon can get things wrong too especially before a show is released. We will put this firmly in wait and see I think :)
