Hi, sorry but I rushing and I try to explain but not have all the info. It's a good hunch though.
DESIGN TALKS plus seems to have been renamed to DESIGN X STORIES but there is no official NHK confirmation.
The presenters are the same and on the full programs link Plus is not listed so suggests they do not plan on using it anymore. FWIW they also re-run a show from the old Plus name under the new Stories name.
What's the best way to go about it?

had a brief talk about it with the staff, think we should add it as a new show, go ahead request it ;:)
I got a bit too into it and put the new show as a listed reboot but then immediately regretted it. Perhaps it should be removed or I made the right call after all? I think they should be related under some term though.

Could this name be fixed? As per Wikipedia and the crediting from the most recent episode of The Game Show Show, his name only has one l in it (Randal, not Randall).

2. this is an artistic choice by the creators, all the episodes are also starting with lower caps.

I requested a show named "Mister Parker's Cul De Sac" but I did a mistake... It's not an animated series but a live action! I saw that in time but filled another field to change this later but after that I mistakenly proceeded...

I don't know. Does it matter? It's a TV series that was released from "Cartoon Network" and there're people who watch this. I just said that the title of the series needs an exclamation mark.
