You forgot to remove quotes from the titles... Besides that, two TV series you have are from a different network and specifically from a web channel called "ΑΝΤ1+" and not "ΑΝΤ1":

I believe you have episodes 3 and 4 confused. Despite the title card at the end, in the episode itself, the race day story goes first.
They have correct images and all, just need to be switched places.
