Just checked s1 and s2 and the title is DI4RI, the same as it is at the end of this trailer : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i48dUdMZ1Bs. Don't know where the rest came from!

Best I can tell it aired in a different order in the UK, where it first aired, than in the US.

Natgeo is famous for having different orders for series across the global world. It's also the case for Air Crash Investigation in which episode 3 in the US may actually be Episode 9 in the UK for example :), don't ask me why!
