The First 48: Inside the Tape has been created and episodes moved from TF48 are listed below. Went by yearly 'seasons' since their isn't a standard season schedule. Cleaned up the episode titles (removed case titles and added to summary); Unified A&E's use of the episode 'number' (No. 3 changed to #3 as A&E uses)

Also Hulu has a different name and webpage for season 2 ("Death in the Dorms 2" and https://www.hulu.com/series/death-in-the-dorms-2-f5469c9b-a560-428a-88d6-b7a8d7fcce05 ) but they do treat it as season 2 :), so I updated the URL and added Death in the Dorms 2 as AKA. Hope this is the correct approach.

Fixed except for episode 4, looks like it's not available anymore
