If I understand the data policy correctly, the moniker "The Penguin" should be included in the character's name because it has been promoted like this from the very beginning (aside from giving his name to a show).

Also, the show probably should not be considered sci-fi.

If any secret identity and superhero/villain names are promoted in press releases before the premiere of the first episode of season one, or if both the secret identity and superhero/villain names are revealed within the premiere episode of season one, then both the secret identity and superhero name should be listed for the character. (i.e.: Stephen Amell -- Oliver Queen/The Arrow)
So shouldn't he be listed as "Oz Cobb/The Penguin"? Or rather "The Penguin/Oz Cobb", according to the next rule.
It just seems odd that the show dedicated to the particular character doesn't have the character with that name anywhere.

I wonder, why do you have the "promoted in press releases" part in the policy then? Not that it means much to me, I'm just curious why are you so reluctant to follow your own policy. For what it's worth, the show is a continuation of the film, so the character's name is well-known anyway.
