Because of all the inconvenience this will create with the large number of people having edited, voted and marked these episodes as watched we're gonna have to have a discussion amongst the staff before doing anything

EDIT:  We've discussed it and we agree the move to a separate show is correct, the policy is pretty clear on this. Now we're waiting on @david to see if it's possible to move the old episodes over to the new show so all that information can be preserved.

I have this show in a great quality, so I plan to re-add all main and guest cast from it, and capture quality shots as opposed to those low-res ones. So the only thing you may lose by deleting it votes by users, but that has never been the problems when deleting theatrical movies with just as many votes or moving other series. Let me know if I shouldn't be adding, but doubt this can be moved easily (manually by query at best), or we'd always do it that way instead of deleting it.

You can't compare it to those theatrical movies as they are deleted to be gone for good

These episodes will continue to exist and it will affect the 25+ editors, ~20+ voters on each ep and the hundreds of people marking them as watched. Not to mention all the websites, apps and services that use our API linking to those eps. So deleting them is something we'd rather not do until all other options have been exhausted

That said we all agree they should be listed as their own show, so you just have to be patient for a few days until we know for certain if they can be moved or not.

- Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone -- mostly remake, faithful adaptation of episodes 1-6
- Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance -- partial remake, deviates heavily by the second half
- Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo -- entirely new story/timeline
- Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time -- original ending of the deviated story that these remakes created
