As far as I know, we don't accept 1-episode shows that have ended and are not planning on adding at least one more episode, so shouldn't this be removed?

From what I could find, season 7 was produced and published for the international market. The English airdates listed in the Wikipedia page of season 7 are the only official airdates so far. No Japanese airdates have been announced yet.

Seems this was a pilot but never a series and this was the discussion in the past regarding specifically Amazon pilots

A lot wrong with that one - name updated and 2 of the credits removed and added to the correct actors and shows.

I tried to add the last two episodes of Ghost files but couldn't. It's released on YouTube, so don't really have notice . Also, the dates of the latest episodes are not in order.
