They appear to be reruns ("with bonus scenes") of the first two episodes of the season. Should also be noted that on the TLC website's schedule, "You're Pregnant, Now What?" and "What Tests Will I Have?" are labelled as episode 701 and episode 702 respectively, while "More to Love: You're Pregnant, Now What?" and "More to Love: What Tests Will I Have?" are labelled as episode 7R1R01 and episode 7R1R02 respectively.

Was originally posting this deletion request saying that the episode appears to be dubious as it's not listed on The Futon Critic, but upon looking into this, I've figured out the actual problem... The Futon Critic lists "Salon vs. Glampers" twice incorrectly. Over on Gracenote/Zap2it, it has "Fencing Friends vs. The Ihesiabas" correctly listed as the August 13, 2018 episode, so I've just fixed that. So TL;DR at this point, just need the extra episode (season 1, episode 65) to be deleted.
Could a moderator please add the IMDb ID tt30460310 to external id of Spider-Noir (tvmaze id: 77003)? It is currently missing in the API lookup. Thanks!
