They appear to be reruns ("with bonus scenes") of the first two episodes of the season. Should also be noted that on the TLC website's schedule, "You're Pregnant, Now What?" and "What Tests Will I Have?" are labelled as episode 701 and episode 702 respectively, while "More to Love: You're Pregnant, Now What?" and "More to Love: What Tests Will I Have?" are labelled as episode 7R1R01 and episode 7R1R02 respectively.
