With what's said in that, should Ted be updated to 'Ended', or should we give it a benefit of the doubt and leave it on 'To Be Determined' for the time being and wait a year (or so) before changing it to 'Ended'?

No immediate plans is not officially cancelled, so probably best to leave as 'to be determined'
Please delete season 3 of Running Wild with Bear Grylls: The Challenge and please create it into a new show called "Running Wild with Bear Grylls" that will air on April 21 on FOX. Per The Futon Critic, it is a reboot of the old show. I apologize for all the trouble. Thanks!
