Hi, “Safe Sex” is an anthology series, so each episode is standalone. Some stories are true two-parters (Part A and Part B), but others are single episodes. A couple of entries  listed as “Part B” don’t actually have a second part, the story is complete in the single episode. I rewatched the entire series and added all the actors’ credits, and these specific “Part B” episodes don’t exist. Please remove those episodes. Thank you.

The official website agrees with you. Extra episodes deleted and Season 2 episodes renumbered. :)

Shakespeare & Hathaway - series 6. All episodes were already released on streaming on 9/23. Can this be corrected?

It's associated with a broadcast channel, so the broadcast dates are correct. It might be appropriate to add a streaming list if we can figure out when they were made available to stream.
