We generally don't want to list people appearing as themself twice, so adding co-host as an aka and use the listing we already have makes more sense.

But they're two different roles in separate seasons (he was co-host to Tyra in season 31, and has been the main host with Julianne Hough as co-host since season 32).

If that's the rules we're going with, then theoretically shouldn't either Julianne Hough's judge or co-host character be deleted as well? Or Rosie O'Donnell listed twice under The View as herself as moderator and co-host?

Also noting in regards to Dancing with the Stars that host/co-host are indeed two separate roles on the show: prior to Tyra/Alfonso, Tom Bergeron was the main host with four different co-hosts (Lisa Canning, Samantha Harris, Brooke Burke, and Erin Andrews) over the course of the first 28 seasons. Afterwards, Tyra was the host for seasons 29 & 30, then it was Tyra as host and Alfonso as co-host for season 31, and now has been Alfonso as host and Julianne as co-host since season 32.
