I believe, if I'm reading the rules correctly they should all be listed in the Main Cast but wanted to verify because of the title inserted between them. UK shows are indeed tricky. Policy says "For UK shows; if none of the official sources explicitly separate Main Cast from Guest Cast, actors appearing in the opening credits should be added as Main Cast and actors only appearing in the closing credits as Guest Cast." I had a quick looksee, the official press release pack from ITV at https://www.itv.com/presscentre/press-packs/girlfriends-0# pretty clearly identifies Phyllis Logan, Miranda Richardson, and Zoe Wanamaker as 'starring' cast, with everyone after that referred to as 'supporting cast'. My understanding of that would be ITV explicitly considers Logan, Richardson and Wanamaker to be the main cast and the rest are supporting guest roles, even if they are listed at the beginning.
