I just registred it. The creator is Jamy Gourmaud, one of the main of the show "C'est pas sorcier" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C%27est_pas_sorcier

This show is again popularisation of science, it looks like a vlog, because, hey, quarantine, so this show is a home made.

I understand that the lead is a TV personality. But the policy is unambiguous:

The show must give credit to at least 1 cast member and at least 2 crew members
These credits must either be listed on-screen in the video itself, or specified in the video description.

Ok i understand, but the actual situation is exceptional, and this tv personality is doing the job of creator, director, writer, host,.. because he is staying at home and doing all of it by himself in his private garden. The way to deal with these kind of shows should thus be exceptional.

Well, there's always some "situation", but allowing a series which clearly doesn't fit the policy would be opening a huge can of worms. 
I'll wait for a word from one of the HCs, tagged above, but I suppose the answer will be the same.

Yes, that definitely seems like a vlog.

They only joined YouTube on March 18th in order to make these after France being quarantined on March 17th.

It's the same characters but most of these shows aren't linked in anyway at all aside from that fact. It would be like linking together every Marvel show even though they don't particularly overlap. (Some do whilst others don't at all). I would say 'The New Adventures of Batman' would be the only related show, but I would say that's part of the franchise and not a reboot.
