Try asking yourself: if it's not aired yet then how come that we already have episode image, cast and crew appearances for that episodes? Maybe the problem is not in show's schedule?

if it has no new footage it should not be listed, you can confirm it is just the same, correct?

No the problem is in Tvmaze listing. After doing further research on the official site what you have listed as Episodes 1 and 2 is in fact on the official site listed as just Episode 1 (double length at 78 mins) therefore making a total of just 7 episodes not 8

If there are separate cast- or crew-credits for the two parts, two separate episodes should be created.
I suppose this is the case. You could ask the user who contributed to the show.
