Shouldn't the airdate for series premiere of Counterpart be moved to today? it's called "preview", but it will air normally as stated on Starz website.

I've already treid to update it tiday, but it's been moved back to the "official" airdate on 21st January, and now the field is protected against update. Maybe someone can add a note on the series wiki about this?

Thanks!

They only made the first episode available online as a "preview", the actual show will air starting January.

See the "Season consistency" part in the FAQ for more details.

Right now it's only available online, but as can be seen on Starz website, it will air tonight at 9 PM. Maybe the general schedule page is clearer.

It's listed as available on demand and that it'll air on a free preview channel, so the rule about season consistency I linked to still apply.

yes, it is actually on todays schedule on the Starz site, so I will correct it according to it.

I see it on the schedule page for the STARZ channel at 9pm, but maybe I am missing something, as I am not familiar with the Starz' schedule page, but it is listed on the same channel where the show Outlander runs.

Me neither, I'm just referring to the page he listed where it says

Today @ 8:56pm EST on Free Preview Starz
Available now on STARZ On Demand

So clearly it's some special promotional event.

well yes, but if it is running on the "normal" Starz channel we have to list this as the premiere date acording to our policy.

If it would only be available online as a special event, then we would not list it.

Also if you look at the on demand video the last minute of it is a teaser referring to the series premiere in January.

yes ; I even watched the episode an hour ago, but it is clearly listed as running on the "normal" STARZ channel this evening at 9pm as a special event and therefore I say we need to act according to our policy . This special event premiere tonight runs on the same channel as the normal series runs.

Also Outlander season finale has the same reference as "Free Preview Starz", but there's no preview channel, it's just a preview that will air on the standard channel. I guess they just like to define things in a funny way just to give it a little more flair! :)

Anyway, thanks!

this information helped, so I definitely would say, we list it with tonights date.

Might want to change the time too then, as it airs at 9, not 8.

Edit: added picture link

yes, the official premiere is in January, but as they are showing it as a special event on the exact same channel tonight, we have to list it as Dec 10th according to our policy. If it only would have been available online, you would be correct.

I assume what they are saying is that Starz is in a period of free viewing on various cable/sat providers in hopes of attracting more paid viewers when the free preview period ends. ymmv

this could be correct :)

Differentiating between main and guest cast on that show is "icky" too, I guess, as they just lump everyone together in the intro. Some of those are clearly minor 1 episode roles, tho. And the main characters seem to have gotten promotional photos, while the minor roles haven't.

I was the one changing the credits. You are correct, the website has a section for cast with nice character photos added. But our policy states that everyone who is listed in the main theme is considered "cast" and the four actors who do not have "that" big of a role are sadly listed in the main cast too, that is why I changed them. The rest is listed as co-starring at the end, but you already got all those correctly added.

STARZ seems to do it like the British channels do, they are changing some main cast members from episode to episode.
