You have Creepshow wrong. you have S03E01 Mums, S03E02 Queen Bee, etc... through S03E06 Okay, I'll Bite. Creepshow is actually a double feature anthology show. The episodes actually are: S03E01 Mums / Queen Bee, S03E02 Skeletons In The Closet / Familiar, S03E03 The Last Tsuburaya / Okay, I'll Bite. I just checked both TMBD and Shudder and you also have seasons 1 and 2 wrong as well.

Two-part episodes can cause contention on whether they should take up a single episode number, or two separate consecutive episode numbers. If this happens, refer to the order of the valid sources as listed above and note that on-screen indicators are considered the primary official source and trump anything else. A few examples:

If the two parts air on two separate days, two separate episodes should be created.

If there is a break between the two parts, two separate episodes should be created. Examples of a break are credits or titles appearing on screen for a second time; or a voice-over introducing the second part.

If there are separate titles (even if the only distinction is "Part 1" versus "Part 2") for the two parts, two separate episodes should be created.

If there are separate cast- or crew-credits for the two parts, two separate episodes should be created.

Can you be more specific?

Most of these shows are not still running or TBD. It's been so many years... If someone could find official sources and update their status.

This is what I could find:

The USHRA Monster Wars was a short lived television series that went with conjunction of the 1993 Camel Mud & Monster Series, and served as an alternate name for certain shows on tour.

It has become infamous for its cutscenes featuring certain Monster Trucks portrayed as over the top wrestling like characters.

Most of the trucks with characters had a Matchbox toy made of them. First Blood and Liquidator had prototypes and concept art made, but never saw full production. Concept artwork was done for Kodiak, but was never used due to a pending local sponsorship.

So we should keep it, no matter if we cannot find the episode dates :)

Cleopatra in Space. These episodes are the same: The Flu was not available for streaming (in the US, on Peacock) on April 15th last year (rumor has it that it's because of Covid sensitivities). And Quarantine. The titles are different, not sure which is the right title to follow. TVmaze has 27 total episodes where every other source i can find has 26. So please merge them.

So, we have to delete "The Flu", and let Quarantine stay?

I'm not sure how to proceed and don't have access to US/ Peacock data. One thing I'd like to know is what the actual airdate was, pus the correct title at the time. No one has premiere dates in July except TVmaze. Some put it as late as June 2021. Some call it Flu, others Quarantine. It's something of a mess :)
Incidentally, a lot of our other tiles are different too, but at least that didn't lead to doubles.
