I think it should instead be episode 4 of season 13, since the episode titles are generally numbers, and "Episode 4" is missing from the list. Take a look at season 13 and see what you think. All of the other special episodes are in the main list, such as

You have Creepshow wrong. you have S03E01 Mums, S03E02 Queen Bee, etc... through S03E06 Okay, I'll Bite. Creepshow is actually a double feature anthology show. The episodes actuall are: S03E01 Mums / Queen Bee, S03E02 Skeletons In The Closet / Familiar, S03E03 The Last Tsuburaya / Okay, I'll Bite. I just checked both TMBD and Shudder and you also have seasons 1 and 2 wrong as well.
