hehe, it's called "Welcome to the HGTV schedule mess". As it is, I do believe they are listed in the correct order according to the HGTV site. The problem is, the network themselves do not air them in the order they produce them, causing a whole lot of confusion.

The only solution I can see is to list them by year instead of seasons and then list them by the date they air in the individual year. Of course tho, this would contradict what the official site says because we would be listing them in the incorrect order. It's a catch 22 :)

Yeah i think a mess is the understatement of the year lol. We always list after airdate though so why would this show be any different? If it's impossible to list them by season and airdate then personally i'd rather list them by year and airdate than the mess it is now, it's just confusing as hell with airdates all over the place across multiple seasons but that's just me.

It's not only HGTV, it's all of the Scripps channels. DIY, Travel, Food etc. often airing episodes out of order. But usually it's 1-2 episodes at the turn of the season, so it's manageable. But this is just beyond everything I've seen :)

Indeed, and listing them by year would absolutely be the best option, in my opinion. I'll bring it up with TPTB and if it is agreed, that's what we'll do. A note in the show wiki would (Hopefully) be enough to explain why we are listing them by year instead of seasons, if we do change them...

yeh, those HGTV, DIY and so on shows are a mess, the problem is as Tony described, we list them now as the official site/ press releases say. But they number seasons and episodes NOT according to airdates, they have their own system for it.

We only have two options here, follow the official website/press release and leave it as it is now or list them by year (which will be an enormous amount of work to change this).

It's bird, it's a plane, it may be... a spin-off or special?

Little Women: LA: Terra's Big House
So a new set of episodes off Lifetime's block, and the question is whether it should have a new page or a special listing under existing show, 'Little Women: LA'.

We can follow the precedence here set by Little Women LA: Couples Retreat, having a separate page; supported by multiple sources that call it a new DIY spin-off:
http://people.com/tv/terra-jole-new-renovation-show-terras-big-house/
http://www.intouchweekly.com/posts/terras-big-house-rewire-149578

OR

Blast it all with the fact that Lifetime (supported by TVDB) has listed it all in one home stretch
http://www.mylifetime.com/shows/little-women-la

Any takers?

Hmmm, the official LIFETIME page says it is part of season 6, they are listing 3 episodes so far 6.32, 6.33 and 6.34.

Futon.com who only relies on press releases says it is a show of its own.

As our policy says press releases come before official sites, we should make a new show entry for it.

Despite that futon has a tendency to interpret press-releases in their own way, looks like this time they're got it right :)

The show have a season 1 numeration and episode 6 called a season finale, so it's most definitely a separate entity.

Alright, will put in a new show request, if it hasn't been made already.

Some stuff from today's wanderings:

Duplicate entries for deletion: https://www.tvmaze.com/people/70949/kenny-glenaan, https://www.tvmaze.com/people/71074/alex-platt & https://www.tvmaze.com/people/37408/emma-bipsham

This is the wrong John Prowse, https://www.tvmaze.com/images/13428/john-prowse-image-13428, and should also be deleted.

Rebecca Callard is double listed for Fearless 1x03, she should be deleted from the guest cast section (she's main cast and is already listed there): https://www.tvmaze.com/episodes/1210717/fearless-1x03-episode-3/cast

And, some more faffy issues with some character listings for Bones (I busted out my DVDs to double check the onscreen info):

https://www.tvmaze.com/characters/8836/bones-dr-lance-sweets - John Francis Daley should be removed completely (guest and main sections) from 3x01, 3x02, 3x03, 3x05, 3x06, 10x02, 10x03 & 10x04 he's not in these episodes at all. He is a guest star for 3x04, 3x07 & 3x08, he moves to main cast from 3x09 for the rest of his stint on the show, which means he'll also need to be removed from the guest cast section of 3x13.

https://www.tvmaze.com/characters/8835/bones-dr-camille-cam-saroyan - Tamara Taylor needs to be removed from the main cast section of 2x01, 2x02, 2x03, 2x04, 2x05 & 2x06, shes a guest star only in these episodes. She's then promoted to main cast, which means she should be removed from the guest section of 2x07, 2x08 & 2x09.

https://www.tvmaze.com/characters/124945/bones-special-agent-james-aubrey - John Boyd should be moved from guest cast to main cast for episodes 10x02, 10x03 & 10x04.

Thanks (& apologies for the extremely faffy Bones stuff, once I'd seen the double listing errors it all just spiralled into chaos).
