Yeah, you're not the only one complaining :D @JuanArango should we do something about Condor (another 2 complaints)? And World Premiere definitely sounds confusing for a season that already was out. :)

You can imagine how confusing it will become if multiple worldwide lists of airing dates accompany each tv series. It will affect several areas of the website such as the calendar, filtering for season premiers, filtering for show premiers, etc. If having lists of multiple airing dates by region is desired, then the default list for all website features should be the first global airing dates for each season and show.

Star Trek: Prodigy episode one was split into part 1 and 2, but old episode 2 (now episode 3) was reused for new part 2 of the pilot meaning all stuff from episode 3 is now marked under part 2 of the pilot.

So, these gallery shots now need to be moved to episode 3, "Starstruck" - https://www.tvmaze.com/episodes/2203832/star-trek-prodigy-1x02-lost-and-found-part-2/gallery

Also Writer and Director need to be deleted from part 2 here - https://www.tvmaze.com/episodes/2203832/star-trek-prodigy-1x02-lost-and-found-part-2

...since they are info from "Starstruck" episode.

New episode should've been created instead and inserted, reusing this messes everything added before (even more so if all later episodes were moved up by one in a same way).

Original episode 1 also needs adjusted time, since it's no longer 46min as that is the time of an entire two-part pilot.

All the ratings too are incorrect as they were used for now episode 3 but appear under episode 2. I think the best option would be to just switch their places (titles and order number). That may put everything in place without need of much fixing or moving things around.

One thing is sure: the official website has 2 episodes listed S1 E1 "Lost & Found, Parts 1 & 2" and S1 E3 "Starstruck". Is there a show where we skipped an episode number because of a double episode?

There most definitely are such shows where we either skipped by treating 2-part episode as one or split one that wasn't supposed to be split.

But here initially episode 1&2 were added as a single episode and only split today, but episode 3 (which was 2 at the time) was already out and had all the info added (cast, gallery, ratings, crew) and when it was reused for part 2 of the pilot all that info was automatically incorrect since it is not of that episode anymore. That's why reusing is not a good thing. This should've been done by upping the number to each episode in the season, starting from last one and going downward to ep.3 and then just insert new episode 2.

We wouldnt do that if the worldwide premiere has nothing to do with the production of the show though. That would go against the sites data policies.

For what reason has the episode been split? Does the episode air with one credit sequence?

In any case, having more than one list of airing dates for a show could result in the show appearing on the calendar more than once. It seems a good way to avoid that is only having the list with the first/original airing dates display on the calendar. In the example of season 2 of Condor, all the season 2 episodes are appearing on the calendar for a second time since the "world premier" list contains dates subsequent to the original airing dates.

Uploaded the cropped picture from amazon. The uncropped should be removed. Needs at least a trusted to make it default :)

thx

so can @JuanArango  you make this default (https://www.tvmaze.com/images/927872/welcome-to-upload-image-927872) as it makes more sense as all the other episodes have the official images except this one :)

I dunno why it was split, I watched it last week as a single 45min episode with one end credits. But if official website has pilot marked as episode 1 and 2, and then "Starstruck" as episode 3, then split is warrantied, I suppose, but the way it was done requires a lot of fixing and moving because it wasn't inserted but used other episode's space which had lots of info entered instead.

The episode aired as with one credit block, so we do not split it, the next episode we will named episode 2 according to our policy.

Would be great if it could be reverted back then.  And locked.

There appears to be some duplication of episodes for the series Parking Wars. Episodes 14 thru 24 of season 4 appear to be duplicates of episodes of season 5. And episode 13 of season 5 appears to be a duplicate of episode 13 of season 6.
