This episode was a rare "special" episode which was a single scene with only Brian and Stewie. No other characters (regular or side/guest) appear at all, no cutaways, nothing.

 

The four characters that aren't Brian and Stewie should be removed. I can't for some reason.
 

All three of the guest cast should also be removed. As said, no one but Brian and Stewie are in the episode, locked in a bank vault.

I would say yes, as it is the exact same character from Legends of Tomorrow. But let us wait what the others have to say.

I don't follow that show, but if it's using the characters from the show then that sounds reasonable.
