This past Wednesday, Will Ferrell was scheduled to appear on The Tonight Show and Ryan Reynolds was to be on Jimmy Kimmel Live... but as a joke they switched. The episode intros and on screen text mention the "correct" guest and the press releases never update, and the episode titles on their respective network websites do as well, but when the host introduces them, the other person walks out and they effectively promote each other's projects instead of their own. Should we leave the episode titles/descriptions here as they are and maybe do some kind of note or something to explain that they pulled a switch as a joke, or should we change it to reflect who is actually appearing?
