What you're looking for is Data Policies down in the lower right corner at the bottom of your screen

Regarding archived footage, the general consensus is that actors won't get credited if they only appear in archive footage, so we shouldn't list them.
If there's new footage / previously unseen characters mixed in with it then it's fine to add them.
If there's new footage, but they're not credited it would just be Uncredited.
P.S If you can't find it in the policies then searching the forums may give you the answer.

thanks but i also did a search of the forum and archive never appeared 1 time until i brought it up myself in this tread. maybe it should be addressed in a policy for future users/members?

Could you be more specific about: a) what kind of archive footages are you talking about; b) how is this footage used in TV Show;

sorry don't understand the question. I just know that the show I was adding cast members into had 16 models with their names and then this status - Herself (archive footage). it may mean they were in a previous episode and they were showing a piece of footage from that previous year or episode?

So basically you are saying that a person was credited with footage that did appear in a previous episode or another show right? In case of archive footage, we do not list them as they are actually not in that episode (just a flashback).
